J. EDWARD PEARSON
Pearson previously served as a Principal at Ares Management and a Director at Lazard Ltd. (formerly known as Lazard Frères & Co.) where he directed structured credit transactions and specialty finance companies for each.
Prior, Pearson was a Senior Vice President at Credit Suisse, responsible for the development and securitization of new structured finance asset classes.
Pearson is a study of William R. Hambrecht and Felix Dennis, which has influenced his regard for publishing, technology, and biotech companies and how they directly impact the finance sector.
Pearson is an enthusiast of horse racing and currently owns two Georgia Horse Farms.

ERIC J. RIVERA
Rivera previously served as a Managing Director for Selvel Hong Kong Ltd. , founder of ‘Transparency’. Prior, he was the Director of Business Development at AFG Financial Group, V.P. of 21st Century Capital and Lehman Brothers from 2004 - 2008.
Rivera has been retained for consultation by corporate partners like Guggenheim Partners, Crown Melbourne and Diageo; while also consulting as Special Advisor to Hong Kong business tycoon Tony Fung. He also served as an advisor to Studio Finance, a UK Film tax fund and Production Company utilizing the UK Government’s Section 48 Tax law and was responsible for $340 million of subsequent structured tax shelter funding.
Additionally, in collaboration with The Civil Rights Project at Harvard University, Rivera was advisor to the production of a series of education and advocacy videos addressing The No Child Left Behind Act. He has special interest in fields such as logic, set/category & number theory, analysis, dynamical systems, numerical analysis, probability and statistics

JEFFREY A. GLUSMAN
Glusman joined the firm in May of 2021 as CIO after spending the prior 30 years in finance and commercial real estate development. Previously, as a Registered Investment Advisor working with high net worth Private Clients and Corporations, Glusman focused on Investment Policy asset management, process and procedures using traditional asset classes, alternative investments, and structured products. Most recently, he was the Practice Director on the RIA platform (Level Four LLC 2019-21), prior a Vice President on Bank platform (SunTrust Private Client 2018-2019) and a majority of his time as Senior Vice President of Investments (Merrill Lynch 2001- 2017).
Glusman worked directly with the Structured Product Group at Merrill Lynch building market specific products for portfolio hedging, ranging from leverage index return bank guaranteed notes to new issue government bond backed market “bear” notes. Glusman held multiple securities licenses during this overall period (SR7, SR66, SR3 & SR31) as well as certified designations (CFM Merrill Lynch, CRPC© College of Financial Planning) with training while at Merrill on fundamental analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, Modern Portfolio Theory as well as technical analysis using Point & Figure charting. Glusman has experience as a commercial real estate developer since 2001, with licensed transactional broker experience as well (Grubb & Ellis 1995-1997 / Cushman & Wakefield 1997-2001).

CIRO MENDOZA
Mendoza joined the company in June of 2022 and took over the standard operating procedure of identifying and qualifying assets for acquisition in September as Director of the division. Mendoza has a background that includes 20 years in technology, from system design to product implementation and subsequent management. In 2008,
Mendoza transitioned into debt and equity placement and various funding solutions for private owners of high value assets, from real estate and crypto currency to art and precious gemstones, in order to leverage these assets for the benefit of clients. Mendoza is licensed in Florida for real estate and focuses on client relationship management throughout the Esoteric experience.
